If you’ve read our post on Minecraft camps, then you might have noticed our selection of iD Tech Camps as a great spot to learn about Minecraft coding. Check out the iD Tech Camp site for more details about the latest offerings. There, you will learn that iD Tech offerings are pretty broad. No… REALLY broad! Not just coding… robotics, 3D modeling, building your own laptop and more. Basically, whether your child is more oriented towards inventing, creating or coding, iD Tech will likely have a course that will get them more excited about STEM areas.
What We Like About It
For one, the breadth of offerings is pretty hard to beat. Different courses fit with different age groups, so make sure you’re checking the right options. Even still, the full list of offerings will leave you unlikely to look elsewhere. The location offerings are also fairly broad – camps are offered nationwide across different cities and campuses. One drawback might be cost as iD Tech programs are a little more towards the high side (~$679 – $925/week for the locations we checked). Even still, with an in-depth curriculum, your camper will get a full week and great exposure to top tech projects.
